This post marks the official end to my senior thesis project at Lewis and Clark College.
Although I know this train will keep chugging along, “unofficially,” for I’m far too invested in this work and these ways of thinking to abandon ship.
What an interesting thing, writing a thesis. At times I felt like I had never worked harder on anything in my life, while at other times, reflecting on the steps I had taken, I felt like I could have worked even harder to perfect my writing, develop my ideas and produce a mo’ betta final product.
Only time will tell how this experience crystallizes in my memory. But for now, I’m glad it has been everything that is has been. I’m grateful to all the people who have made this project possible, especially in the sense that this project represents the culmination of my undergraduate career.
Looking forward; I hope to not only continue thinking about dwelling and architectural production, but maybe someday try my hand at building from dwelling as well.
Thanks!
