Long term thesis goals!

Here we go! I recently realized how little time I have and how I really need to start writing. I have written up a quick list of weekly writing and research goals. Hopefully I can stick to them and write and research concurrently. The goals follow sections in my outline although they are in in order.

Week of January 10th

  • Post of cloud history
  • Research more recent articles citing Thomas Kuhn and write a post
  • Begin looking into cloud perimeters on Matlab and read corresponding article

Week of January 17th

  • Write justification section
  • write history section
  • finish cloud edges code and evaluate
  • begin author network analysis

Week of January 24th

  • write technology section
  • write cloud background section
  • start looking at high resolution images for classification
  • research algorithms

Week of February 1st

  • write methodology section and algorithm situating
  • write existing studies and theory section
  • run algorithms with high resolution set

Week of February 7th

  • write larger implications section
  • work on results section
  • research and post on data communication

Week of February 14th

  • write results section
  • write introduction and conclusion
  • start tying pieces together

Week of February 21

  • finalize figures for final draft
  • edit and finalize draft
