In cooperation with IES Abroad, Lewis & Clark offers a program of study focusing on the culture, history, art, architecture, and politics of Berlin and Germany. Chemistry and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology majors also take CHEM 310 (Physical Chemistry: Thermodynamics and Kinetics). Excursions take the group to such local and regional sites as Dresden, Potsdam, the Baltic Sea, and the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Students live with hosts in apartments around Berlin.
