We constantly strive to provide good training and support to our students who are cultivating skills in digital scholarship. Effective spring 2017, we launched a new site, ds.lclark.edu/learn/, to provide self-guided skills development.
Currently the /learn/ site serves entry-level users, who gain cultivate skills in logging in, editing their profiles, and a variety of posting skills, from establishing an interesting title to embedding content from other sites.
For 2017-18 we plan to add a set of training modules for site administrators, then eventually for network administrators…all immediately practical skills given the status of WordPress and digital scholarship in today’s world.
