If you’d asked me a few months ago what I was most looking forward to in New Zealand, it would have been finding Lorde and becoming best friends with her. However, she’s touring. In the US. She’ll be in Portland, while I’m in New Zealand, on my birthday. And she’ll be in my hometown several days later on my best friend’s birthday.
Kind of an omen, if you ask me.
