The Coalition for a Livable Future (CLF) presents–The 12th Annual Regional Livability SummitPathways to Prosperity: Advancing Economic Justice

The Regional Livability Summit is the region’s premier equity and livability conference. It is an annual gathering of civic, government, academic, and business leaders and community members to build new partnerships and spark action to create a healthier, more equitable region for everyone.This year’s theme is Pathways to Prosperity: Advancing Economic Justice, focusing on economic opportunity and its connection to environmental health, pathways out of poverty, green jobs, climate change, and much more.
The summit will feature Dr. Antwi Akom, a world renowned educational, environmental and economic justice leader. He is an Associate Professor of Environmental Sociology, Public Health, and STEM Education at San Francisco State University, the co-founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Sustainable Economic, Educational, and Environmental Design (I-SEEED), and has been a social change activist within low-income communities and communities of color for over 20 years.
