On February 18th, we will have a special edition of the seminar focused on an important new initiative from the Bard Center for Environmental Policy: The Power Dialog. The dialog, set for March 2016, will engage faculty and students across the country with the state policy-makers who are implementing the EPA’s clean power plan.
