The 4-County Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA) is hosting this great event as a resource for area land managers, invasive species specialists and environmental professionals. The agenda includes a series of presentations from area invasive plant professionals, a choice of break-out sessions, and a keynote talk by Dr. Paul Severns on the impacts of weeds on rare Willamette Valley butterfly populations.

Join us for a day of education, discussion and networking!

The event is intended to share the latest in weeds, treatments and research affecting the Pacific Northwest, and to foster networking among the invasive species community.

About the Zoo

The Vista Room is located in the Cascade Crest Banquet Center at the Zoo’s Free Entry Plaza near the mainentrance. The Pull-Together does not include a zoo experience and zoo admission is not required.

 

Parking & Westside Light Rail

Portland Parks & Recreation has pay stations in the lots that serve the Oregon Zoo. Rates will be $1.60 perhour with a daily maximum $4.00. Parking is first-come-first-served and finding a space may be challengingon days when zoo attendance is high. The easiest access to the zoo is on TriMet MAX light rail. TheWashington Park Station is only 50 yards from the entrance to the zoo. For more information on planningyour transportation, please visit the zoo’s website.
