Kitchen Tours (2 or 4 pm):

See the inner workings of a professional kitchen, ask questions, and learn about the key ingredients of sustainable food service: sourcing from local farms and artisans, cooking from scratch, and minimizing waste. Register for the event here!
Clean Your Plate Event (Lunch Time):
Did you know we waste 40% of our food in the US while 50 million Americans don’t know where their next meal is coming from? Help work to address this paradox! Sign up to volunteer to collect and measure the food that gets wasted every day in Fields Dining Room and talk to students about what they can do to reduce waste.
