SNAP AmeriCorps Members serve 11 months with a nonprofit organization or agency in the Sierra Nevada Region of California to conduct and lead projects on watershed restoration, ecological monitoring, and environmental education. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in environmental organizations and agencies while working on key environmental issues facing communities in the Sierra Nevada.
