The Outreach & Communications Intern will assist in spreading the word about PFTP, in order to bring diverse participants into our programs and promote the organization. The intern will also assist with fundraising and resource development to support Portland Fruit Tree Project’s growing programs. This will be an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit communications, while making a difference for PFTP and the communities we serve.
Time commitment: 12-20 hours per week, for 6 months. *Schedule is somewhat flexible. We require a minimum commitment of 312 hours.
Start Date: Monday, January 4th, 2016
End Date: Thursday, June 30th, 2016
Location: You would be working primarily out of PFTP’s headquarters in NE Portland.
