Hello ENVS Community,
I am the Executive Director of Future Leaders in Action. We’re a start-up nonprofit that focuses on helping disadvantaged youth by hiring either recent college graduates or college students, known as fellows, to work with community nonprofit partners in developing, implementing and evaluating a program in at least one of the following areas: advancing skills for success, promoting public health, promoting social welfare and serving the disadvantaged, and protecting the environment.
This summer is our second fellowship session with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Portland to help review and implement a Healthy Lifestyles program for their members.
