Hello ENVS,
The landscape architecture programs at the University of Oregon are holding an open house session Friday, May 5, 1-3 pm, in room 231 in Lawrence Hall on the UO campus. This is an informal open house intended to introduce interested students to the landscape architectural programs we offer, answer questions, tour design studios and meet current students.
Sustainable design runs through many aspects of our programs, from the Urban Farm to the research of our faculty members such as Kory Russel, a civil engineer teaching design for a sustainable world, and researching global water and sanitation issues. We offer several degree options: a professional Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA), professional Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA), a post-professional MLA and a PhD program in Landscape Architecture.
We have a good cohort that is ready to start this summer, and we still have room for one or two more. The deadline for applications is June 15 for the graduate Master of Landscape Architecture program.
See below for flyer.
