The Food Law Symposium will be held on March 23rd, 2018 from 8:00am – 6:00pm PDT March 23 at the McCarty Classroom Complex, Lewis & Clark Law School. This year’s symposium takes a critical, intersectional, and interdisciplinary look at the environmental and food justice impacts of our food systems, the public health implications of our food choices, and business of food in our modern world.
