This capstone project is a zine which incorporates a mixing of academic and subjective reflection on the undergraduate study abroad experience. It ties together inquiry into how an inclusion of contemporary geographical notions of place in the pedagogy of undergraduate study abroad programs make them more progressive and experiential and aims to the project exhibits how zine-making function as a reflective space that is critical for the reentry process and for the promotion of a progressive experiential pedagogy for study abroad.
