ENVS 244, 295, & 499 Compared

The ENVS Program offers a variety of individualized courses for students that can count toward the major, including ENVS 244 (Practicum), 295 (Environmental Engagement), and 499 (Independent Study). The table below may help students decide which among these courses is applicable to their needs. (Note: courses counting toward the ENVS major must be taken for a letter grade; this applies to all three below.)
