This project investigates what is sustainable in the context of global livestock practices by analyzing the Irish sheep farming industry's ecological, social and economical influence on the country. It goes on to compare how agricultural growth can positively impact certain UN sustainable development growth, and how Ireland can be used as an example for global livestock agricultural strategies.
