I am Environmental Studies senior at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, USA. My Concentration is in Food & Media Studies, however my studies span from exploring the connections between Scotch whisky, sustainability, and Scottish national heritage and image to drawing parallels between Carlo Petrini's Slow Food Movement to the burgeoning 'Post-Food' Movement that encompasses phenomena such as in-vitro meat, Soylent, and the eggless egg.
