Summer Project: Mapping the Yakama-Cowlitz Trail
Join Judy Bentley, a Pacific Northwest historian, in mapping the Yakama-Cowlitz trail in south central Washington state. This trail was used by native groups on either side of the Cascades to cross the mountains for visiting, spouse-finding, and trading. A great opportunity for students with GIS/GPS knowledge!
